Union jobs in southern California

im a member of Teamsters local 396, i work for UPS as a sorter. i have alot of "driveway experience" as a mechanic and currently going to automotive trade school. my question is, are there any union shops in southern california? if so are any of them hring?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I think if I were you, I'd try to get a job within UPS or a similar fleet shop working on their rigs. I'd steer clear of dealerships if you can help it. That's just my opinion and only an opinion.

yea, ive been thinking about that for a long time, since i already have an account with the snap on guy that goes there. the only issue would be loss of senority, but i guess ill deal with it. thanks alot.
