working on a 1995 Audi 90 Quattro with 2.8l. brakes work fine but abs kicks in lightly at low speeds approx 20-10km/hr. recently had front wheel bearings replaced at another shop and this problem started after. inspection found nothing pinched, or cut. sensors appear normal. any ideas, im a ford tech and this belongs to a friend. no abs light.

false ABS activation will be due to the following: Check the bearing/ speed sensor ring.....it will have damage somewhere on it after the bearing was replaced!
